Beluše, this is a traditional Spiš dish. Usually, beluše was baked on a baking tray in an oven. I have adapted it so that I bake them anyway, but I also bake them in a frying pan. 1. Make the dough and let it rise in the classic way.I make the dough in a baking machine. 2. When I bake in a pan,I divide the dough into 10 pieces.I boil the potatoes, salt and stew them.Season them with sugar and mint.I also divide the dough into 10 pieces, wrap the dough into a ball and then roll the ball in the size of the pan, about 1 cm.don’t worry the dough won’t tear. Then I fry them in a lightly greased pan on both sides and spread with butter.3. When I want to bake on a baking sheet in the oven,so I divide the dough in half, also the potatoes and wrap the dough into a ball. 4. I place the ball on the greased baking sheet, 5. roll out the dough all over the baking sheet and prick it with a fork.I bake it until golden. 6. When the meringue is baked, I brush it with butter and glaze it.
