Slovakian plum jam sauce prepared from plum jam, prunes, plain or semi-coarse flour, butter and ground cinnamon.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Soak the prunes in cold water, then add the prunes and boil
2. Make a light roux with the flour and butter, add to the plums, season with cinnamon, salt and boil (the plums must not be overcooked to prevent the pits from falling out).
Recommendation:
Sometimes cooked giblets (heart, liver, spleen) were added to this sauce.
