1 kg spinach 50 g butter 2 dl béchamel sauce 3 tbsp cream pcs bread pcs sugar pcs salt
procedure
1.
Pick through the spinach and remove the leaf blades. Then wash it and boil it in salted water until tender. Then just drain it, let it stand and only when it has cooled down, squeeze out the remaining water. Finally, mince and dry slightly in hot butter.

Add the béchamel sauce, a pinch of salt and sugar. Place in a bowl and top with cream + garnish with a few slices of bread fried in butter.
