Spinach Spaghetti with Salad

Leaf dough filled with spinach mixture and baked until golden brown in the shape of little scarves, scarves served with spicy salad.

Ingredients:

600 g frozen spinach 250 g leaf pastry 100 g cherry tomatoes 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp curry spices 4 pcsspring onions 1 pc eggs 1 pc garlic cloves ground pepper coarse sea salt for sprinkling smooth flour for dredging salt For salad: 100 g cherry tomatoes 1 tsp mustard seeds 4 pcs of spring onions 1 pc carrots 1 pc green chillies juice from half a lime

Procedure:

1. Put the thawed, slightly squeezed spinach, finely chopped scallions, peeled, crushed garlic, halved cherry tomatoes, ground pepper, cumin, salt, curry spices in a bowl and mix everything well
2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured work surface, cut into 8-10 cm squares, brush with olive oil, put part of the prepared mixture in the middle of each square, fold into a triangle and put in the fridge for 30 minutes 3. Remove, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with coarse sea salt and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown (about 20 minutes) 4. Serve with a salad prepared by mixing spring onions cut into strips with cherry tomatoes, peeled, thinly sliced carrots, mustard seeds, cleaned, sliced chili peppers and lime juice.
