Spinach soup with white beans

ingredients

100 g spinach 1 pk onion 1 can of sterilized white beans 2 pk vegetable broth 2 cloves garlic salt ground black pepper parsley parmesan

procedure

1. Fry the onion in the oil, add the garlic, drained canned beans and stock. 2. Bring to the boil and then add the fresh spinach and parsley. 3. Simmer for about 2 minutes and blend everything with an immersion blender. 4. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. Before serving, you can sprinkle the soup with parmesan cheese on the plate. Enjoy!
