Spinach soup

ingredients

2 tbsp butter 4 handfuls fresh spinach 1 pk vegetable broth 1,5 dl milk 1 KL DrOetker salt 2 cloves garlic hard-boiled egg

procedure

Saute spinach leaves in butter. Add the crushed garlic and cover with water. Add vegetable broth and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Then blend the soup. In a glass, whisk together the milk and 1 tbsp of salt and pour into the soup. Let it cook for a little longer. Add the chopped hard boiled egg to the soup.
