1 packet puff pastry 250 ml sour delicatessen cream 7 pcs egg 4 handfuls fresh spinach 2 cloves garlic 100 g hard grated cheese to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured board so that the edges of the pastry cover the sides of the tin. Fold the pastry into the tin and continue with the filling. 2. Mix the cream with the beaten eggs. Season the mixture with pressed garlic, salt and pepper and add the chopped spinach. Pour this mixture over the puff pastry, place the pie in an oven preheated to 190°C and bake for about 30 minutes.
