Spinach Pancakes with Chicken
From eggs, milk, cream and plain flour fried pancakes filled with a mixture of spinach and chicken pieces.

Procedure:
1. In a bowl, beat beaten eggs with milk, cream and a pinch of salt
2. In the meantime, cut the chicken breasts into small cubes, season with salt, pepper and barbecue spices and fry in a pan in heated oil
4. In a saucepan, sauté finely chopped onion in hot oil, add spinach, salt, pepper, season with crushed garlic and simmer for a while
5. When the spinach is ready, stir in grated mozzarella and remove from the heat
6. In a smaller frying pan, fry the pancakes from the prepared mixture, coat with a little spinach, cover with the browned meat, fold, put in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven.
