Spinach pancakes with cheese

ingredients

2 pcs bun 2 pcs egg 200 g baby spinach to taste salt, ground black pepper 150 g Feta cheese 1 tbsp plain flour 50 g butter a little oil a little milk

procedure

1. Cut the bread rolls finely, soak in milk, wring out and fry in a frying pan in hot butter. Let the bread cool a little and transfer it to a bowl. Add the spinach, eggs, salt, pepper, flour, diced cheese and form the finished mixture into pancakes. 2. Fry the finished pancakes in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown in hot oil.
