Spinach omelette with tofu cheese
ingredients
6 pcs egg 4 handfuls baby spinach 10 pcs cherry tomatoes 1 pcs smoked tofu cheese 1 pcs onion 1 tbsp soy sauce salt ground black pepper
procedure
1. Fry the onion in oil and add the halved tomatoes, sliced tofu cheese and rinsed baby spinach. 2. Add 1PL of soy sauce, stir and break 6 eggs. 3. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Enjoy!
