Number of servings: n/a 500 g lasagne 600 g frozen spinach 600 g minced meat 2 pcs. 200 ml 3 onions 2 cloves of garlic 500 g cream cheese 500 g cream cheese I use 2 TESCO cream spreads and this is super 0.50 l of milk 250 g of cheese sunflower oil 1 tbsp plain flour Herbs of Provence salt ground pepper

Procedure preparation

1 Meat Sauce: Fry the chopped onion in a little oil, add the minced meat, after about 5 minutes add the tomato puree. Season with salt and pepper, add herbs and crushed garlic. (You can substitute 2 jars of Bolognese sauce from the shop).2
Béchamel: melt the cream cheese in the milk, add the chopped garlic and thicken with flour.
Asparagus: boil the water according to our instructions.

Spread a little béchamel on the bottom of a flameproof bowl, about 2 tablespoons, so that the lasagne doesn’t stick so much, and spread 1 layer of lasagne on top. Top with meat sauce, lasagne, béchamel, lasagne, meat sauce… and so on. Spread the last layer of béchamel with spinach and finish with the meat sauce. Sprinkle the entire surface generously with grated cheese and bake at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes. 3
Suitable with a fresh Italian salad, crispy baked baguettes and a bottle of wine.
