150 g coarse flour 1 pk egg 2 tbsp milk 1 tbsp spinach puree a little salt

Sieve the flour on a board, make a well in it, put the egg beaten with milk, spinach puree and salt.

Work the dough with your hands until it is stiff enough. Then roll it out into 2 thin pancakes and let it dry.
3.
Cut the pancakes into strips, about 3 cm wide, lay them on top of each other and cut the noodles with a sharp knife. Cook the noodles in salted water for about 5 minutes.
