Spinach gnocchi with mushrooms

Cooked gnocchi sprinkled with cheese, baked under the grill, served with mushroom sauce.

Ingredients:

For 2 persons: 1/2 kg of spinach gnocchi

50 g grated parmesan 30 g butter water For the sauce: 300 g of fresh mushrooms 30 g of butter 1 pc of shallots 1 pc garlic cloves 200 ml

td>whipping cream 100 ml of white wine pinch of nutmeg ground pepper ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Add salt and pepper, stir fry for about 3 minutes, then pour in the white wine and wait until most of it has evaporated
3. Reduce the heat, add the cream, a pinch of nutmeg and simmer for a while
4. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packaging, drain them, drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese and put them under a hot grill in the oven for a while until the cheese starts to brown
5. Serve the gnocchi topped with the prepared mushroom sauce.

Note:

You can get hot gnocchi in the supermarket in the refrigerated section near the ready-to-eat section or on the shelf among the pasta section.
