Spinach gnocchi with cheese sauce

ingredients

150 g frozen spinach 3 cloves garlic 250 g flour 2 pcs potatoes 1 pk egg 1 dl water 1,5 tsp salt

For many, not very popular spinach in a rendition of tasty gnocchi with cheese and mushroom sauce. I admit that I am one of those people who avoids spinach more but I love these gnocchi.

1. Blend potatoes, garlic and water in a blender. Add the salt and spinach (I used seasoned) and pulse. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the flour, stir and finally add the egg. 2. When the gnocchi are ready, make the cheese sauce. In a frying pan, saute the diced mushrooms in a little oil, add the processed cheese (I used Niva) and add cooking cream to taste. Let the cheese melt (add salt, pepper, or garlic to taste) and when the sauce is ready, serve with the gnocchi.
