Spinach gnocchi with bryndza

2 pcs potatoes larger 2 cloves garlic flour semi-coarse water salt 250 g bryndza milk for dilution bacon for frying spinach leaves fresh

1.
Clean and grate the potatoes.Then put the potatoes in a blender,add the garlic and chopped spinach and blend.Pour into a bowl,add a little water and add flour,salt as needed so that the batter is not thick .Put a pot of water on the fire.

While the water boils,prepare the bryndza,dilute it with milk.

Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it.

Place the gnocchi dough in boiling water and when they come to the surface of the water,let them simmer for about 2 min.Remove,pour cold water over them,just enough to make them fall back to the bottom and drain.

Place in a bowl,add the bryndza and stir.

Porce on plates,put a spoonful of sour milk in the middle and grease with cracklings.Bon appetit!
