Spinach – egg soup

ingredients

1 pk frozen spinach 2 pk egg 1 pk vegetable broth 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp plain flour 3 cloves garlic salt ground black pepper 1 dl cooking cream

step

1. Add the flour and make a roux. When it starts to brown, cover with water. Add 1 packet of frozen spinach, 1 vegetable stock, a little salt and bring to the boil. 2. You can blend with an immersion blender to make a smoother soup. Before the end of cooking, add the crushed garlic, season with black pepper and add a little cooking cream to soften. 3. Finally, pour into the soup the 2 eggs that you have previously scrambled in a mug. Boil for 5 minutes and the soup is ready.
