Spinach cream with oat cream

400 g spinach 250 ml oat cream 1/2 KL salt 1/2 KL black ground pepper 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 pk sausage 1 pk onion bread as a side dish
procedure
1. Melt the spinach in a frying pan over a medium heat. 2. To the melted spinach, add salt, ground black pepper, apple cider vinegar and simmer for 5 minutes. 3. In the meantime, fry the finely chopped onion and sausage in a second pan until brown. 4. Divide the spinach cream between two bowls (2 small portions will come out), sprinkle the sausage on top and serve with bread. Enjoy!
