Spinach Cakes with Coal

Cooked oat cones mixed with dried ham, spinach and fried onions together with garlic.

Ingredients:

200 g of dried ham 100 g 1 tbsp olive oil 3 pcs garlic cloves 1 pk red onion ground pepper salt For the buckwheat cones: 250 g of berries 150 g cornflour 4 tbsp cornstarch water salt

Procedure:

1. Rinse the oats in cold water, put them in a pot, add about 500 ml of water, bring to a boil, add salt and cook slowly until tender (about 20 minutes), then let them cool
2. Put the cooled soya beans in a bowl, mix them with cornflour and starch and make a stiffer dough from which you form narrow doughnuts (if the dough is too dry add a little water)
3. Put the doughnuts in boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes until they float to the surface, remove them from the pot and keep warm
4. In a frying pan, in heated oil, fry the peeled onion cut into strips and the peeled garlic cloves cut into slices, add the pine cones, salt, ground pepper and fry everything for a while, finally stir in the sliced ham, washed drained spinach leaves and heat through.
