Spinach and salmon roll with Boursin in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for the spinach salmon and Boursin roll in Thermomix,simplissime and original, perfect at aperitif time or also with a salad as a side dish for a light dinner.

Ingredients:

400 g spinach 5 eggs 1 tablespoon heavy cream salt, pepper For the filling: 250 g garlic and herb boursin 250 g smoked salmon

Preparation:

Blanch the spinach in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
Then cool them in ice water immediately.
Drain the leaves then put them in the bowl and blend for 10 seconds on speed 5.
Add the egg yolks, cream, salt and pepper then set 20 seconds at speed 3.
Pour the preparation into a bowl.
Wash and dry the bowl, insert the whisk then put the egg whites and set 4 minutes at 37° at speed 3.
Then incorporate them into the previous preparation, mixing gently.
Spread the preparation in a tray covered with baking paper then put in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes 210°.
Turn out the spinach omelette then spread the boursin on the omelette.
Cover with slices of salmon and roll it very tightly and wrap it with cling film.
Then put in the refrigerator for 3 hours before tasting.
