Spinach and bean sauce with nuts

ingredients

150 g baby spinach 400 g sterilized white butter beans 2 pcs tomato 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp oil 1 pcs onion 1 handful walnuts pcs salt pcs ground black pepper pcs chilli powder pcs parmesan

procedure

1. Fry the onion in the oil. 2. Add chopped spinach and chopped tomatoes. 3. Then sliced garlic and pour over the beans and their juices. 4. Season lightly with salt, pepper and chilli to taste. 5. Gently crush the walnuts with a meat mallet and add to the sauce. 6. Finally, grate 30 g of Parmesan cheese into the sauce and stir. 7. Enjoy!
