Traditional Armenian cake.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. In a bowl whisk the eggs, add sugar, honey, vinegar, soda, stir thoroughly and cook in a water bath stirring constantly so that no lumps form and when it starts to boil put it aside to cool
2. Gradually add the plain flour to the lukewarm mixture and work well into a smooth, firm dough
3. Roll out the finished dough into 3 equal sized pieces, roll each piece into a sheet and place in a preheated oven at 250 °C for just 2 minutes (each sheet must be baked separately for a short time)
4. Cut each baked slice in half (to have 6 layers), spread a layer of cream prepared by whipping softened butter, vanilla sugar, milk and cream (the longer you whip, the fluffier the cream will be), stack them so that the last layer is the body without cream
5. Finally, brush the cake with chocolate icing, which is prepared in a water bath by mixing milk, softened butter, cocoa and let it rest in the fridge until the next day, so that the cake softens and the flavors combine better.
