Spike dumplings for soup
ingredients
40 g beef spike 50 g breadcrumbs 1 tbsp plain flour 1 pinch baking powder 1 pk egg 1 pinch grated nutmeg salt parsley

Food dumplings for festive soup.
1.
Cook the spike bones in the soup, shake the spike out of the bone while still hot.
2.
Press through a sieve and let cool.
3.
Add the other ingredients, stir and let stand for half an hour.
4.
With wet hands form dumplings.
5.
Remove some soup and cook dumplings for about 3 minutes.
6.
Serve in soup.
