Spicy zucchini chips with lemon

ingredients

1 pcs zucchini 6 tbsp oil 1 tbsp dried rosemary 1 tbsp dried oregano 1 tbsp ground black pepper 1 pcs lemon 2 tbsp chilli salt

procedure

1. Mix the oil with the dried rosemary, oregano, chilli and black pepper. 3. Then add the zest and juice of one lemon. 4. Pour the marinade into the bowl with the zucchini and mix well to coat each slice. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 110 degrees for 45 minutes, then flip the slices and bake for another 35-45 minutes. The slices should be beautifully crispy 🙂 5.
