Spicy spinach salad with nuts and mozzarella

200 g baby lettuce 100 g lettuce 1 pk tomato 3 stalks celery stems 1 pk mozzarella 1 pk sweet red pepper 1 tbsp olive oil with chilli 1 handful walnuts pk salt
procedure
1. Rinse the spinach and lettuce and tear finely. Add the chopped celery stalks and toss. 2. Add the chopped tomato with the peppers and mozzarella and toss again. 3. Pour in the chilli olive oil and sprinkle the grated parmesan over the salad. 4. Finally, add the chopped walnuts and season with salt to taste. 5. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
