Spicy – sour soup

1 pk chicken breast 500 g chicken carcasses 1/2 pk Chinese cabbage 3 pk carrots 50 g Chinese mushrooms 1/2 pk leek ginger (approx. 1 cm) sesame oil 2 pk eggs soy sauce white rice vinegar sugar salt starch flour sweet chili sauce

The whole family loves this soup. I also cook it for visitors. If I have broth at home, I put the other ingredients in and a quick dinner is ready in one or two. We ate it at a Chinese restaurant, I tried it at home and it has been our favorite ever since.
1.
First, we put the chicken carcasses to boil in salted water( or use the broth left over from Sunday’s soup).

After an hour, add the breast.

Fry the chopped veggies in sesame oil, add to the soup before cooking.
4.
Cut the meat into small pieces, take the bones out.
5.
Beat the eggs and slowly add before the end of cooking.
6.
Stir in starch mixed with water.
7.
Season with sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar and a little sugar.
