Spicy salmon

ingredients

600 g salmon to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 KL dried garlic 1 pk lemon 1 KL grill seasoning 1 KL dried herbs a little oil 1 pinch of chili pepper

procedure

1. Wash the salmon, cut into 4 equal portions, season with salt and let stand. In a bowl, mix a little oil, all the spices, lemon zest and juice. 2. Brush the salmon pieces with the seasoned oil, place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C.
