procedure
1. Wash the salmon, pat dry, season with salt and sprinkle with pepper. Place in a baking dish and let stand for about 15 minutes. Spread the butter slices on top of the salmon, place it in a preheated oven at 175°C and bake for about 15 minutes. 2. Remove the salmon, drizzle with lemon juice and bake until golden.
