Spicy Roasted Ribs

Pork ribs on honey, a spicier version. Marinated and then baked ribs prepared in this way are great for a buffet menu, for sitting with guests, but also as a simple, but very, very good, dinner.

Ingredients:

1 kg of meaty pork ribs For the marinade: 4 tbsp sunflower oil

2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tbsp honey 3 pcs garlic cloves

1 pk onions 1 pk chillies lemon juice ground pepper salt

Procedure:

To make the marinade, place the peeled finely chopped onion, cleaned chillies finely chopped with salt, grated garlic cloves, sunflower oil, worcestershire and soya sauce, honey in a bowl and mix everything well.

To taste, season the marinade with lemon juice, ground pepper and salt.

Spread the prepared marinade over the ribs and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for about 45 minutes in a baking dish lined with baking paper.
