Spicy Rissoles

Pancakes filled with meat mixture, wrapped in classic triple wrapper and fried until golden brown.

Ingredients:

250 g smooth flour 500 ml milk 2 pcs egg pinch of salt frying oil For coating: breadcrumbs smooth flour eggs For filling: 500 g ground pork 250 g hard cheese 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pk chillies 1 pc onions ground cumin ground pepper salt oil For the dough:

Procedure:

1. Whisk the milk with beaten eggs, gradually stir in the plain flour with a pinch of salt, knead a smooth, thin batter, let it stand for half an hour, then pour the batter in a thin layer on a heated griddle with oil, fry on both sides until golden brown and prepare the other pancakes in the same way
2. Fry the peeled, finely chopped onion in hot oil, add the minced pork, fry it until brown, add salt, pepper, add the cleaned, chopped chilli pepper, mix everything well, let it cool down and finally stir in the grated cheese
3. Place a portion of the meat mixture on each pancake, roll them up, fold the ends inwards, wrap them in a classic tri-wrap and fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
