4 servings 2 bags of pre-cooked rice 4 garlic cloves 5 cm long piece 400 g of tomatoes 2 pcs of chilli 2 tsp cane sugar 80 ml soy sauce Tuna in oil 3x 160 g 2 pcs. 1 handful of coriander
Recipe preparation steps
1 Boil the rice according to the water indicated on the package. Peel and crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife, clean and chop the peppers, cut the tomatoes into larger pieces and the chilli into slices.
TIP: Always use white steamed rice
2 Place the prepared garlic, onion, tomatoes and chilli in a food processor, add the sugar and soy sauce. Blend everything well. Pour the sauce into a large saucepan and simmer over a medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
TIP: How to peel garlic easily?
3 Add the cooked rice to the sauce, stir well, add the tuna and about 2 tablespoons of tuna oil.
