Spicy pickled sausages in brine

Amazing cold appetizer made of quality bacon cut into rounds and marinated with Vegetable Recipes in a spicy ketchup marinade.

Ingredients:

8 pcs of higher quality, higher meat content bacon 4 pcs ripe tomatoes 4 pcs larger sterilized cucumbers 3 pcs red meaty peppers 1 pcs chilli pepper

/td> 1 pc large onion For the pickle: 4 tbsp ketchup 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp soy sauce (Czech, classic!) 3 tablespoons full fat mustard 3 tbsp sunflower oil 1 tbsp sugar (or to taste) ground black pepper chilli seasoning

Procedure:

  • Slice the crackers into rounds, also the tomatoes ­and pickles.
  • Remove the peppers from their cores, cut them into smaller cubes (chop the chilli or hot pepper completely!). Slice the peeled onion into thin slices.
  • Mix the prepared ingredients together, season, pour into a suitable pot.
  • Mix a brine from the above ingredients, then pour it over the sausages and Vegetable Recipes in the pot, mix again.
  • Simply boil everything briefly, from the time of bubbling, cook for about 2 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat source and let cool.
  • Transfer the mixture into a jar with a cap, leave in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days to let all the flavors and aromas combine.
