Spicy Pickled Eggs

Hard boiled eggs, marinated in a spicy brine with onions, garlic and hot peppers.

Ingredients:

8 pcs hard boiled eggs 4 pcs small red hot peppers 3 pcs small red or white onions 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs of spring onions 3 tbsp salt 1 tsp mustard seeds 500 ml white wine 250 ml of vinegar

Procedure:

1. Br /> 2. Bring the white wine with salt and vinegar to a boil, add the onion, garlic, pepperoni and spices to the hot brine
3. Prick the peeled eggs with a fork, put them in a jar with a lid, intersperse with onions, garlic and hot peppers
