Spicy noodle soup

ingredients

50 g noodles 300 ml water 1/2 tbsp sea salt 150 g carrots 150 g leeks 100 g celery 1 tbsp butter 400 ml water 1 tbsp vegeta 2 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp chopped herbs

1. Boil the noodles for 12-15 minutes in slightly salted water. 2. Wash and clean the Vegetable Recipes. Cut the carrots into thin slices, the leeks into rounds and the celery into slices. 3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the Vegetable Recipes briefly. Pour in water and season with Vegeta. Simmer at a moderate heat for 15 – 20 minutes. 4. Add the cooked noodles and season to taste. Stir in the sour cream. Add the herbs and serve.
