Spicy mushroom soup

125 g mushrooms 1 pk onion 4 tbsp oil 3 tbsp mashed potatoes 5 dl meat broth to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 1 pk egg 1 cup cream 1 tbsp chopped parsley
step
1. Slice the cleaned mushrooms and saute in oil with the chopped onion for 8 to 10 min. 2. Stir the mashed potatoes with the stock, bring to the boil and add to the stewed mushrooms. Simmer briefly, season with salt and ground black pepper, set aside and add the cream. 3. Hard boil the egg, chop finely and stir into the soup together with the chopped green parsley.
