Spicy Lentil with Ox Eye

Grilled pieces of Vegetable Recipes, sauteed for a while, then covered with a baked egg in the middle of the pan.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a heavy frying pan, stir in onion cut into half-circles
2. Cut the tomatoes in half or in quarters (depending on the size of the tomatoes) and throw them into the pan, add sugar, salt and pepper to taste, when the tomatoes release their juice, stir for a while and let the liquid reduce
4. Make room in the pan by piling the Vegetable Recipes to the sides of the pan and crack an egg into the space created, cover the pan with a lid and let the egg whites set
5. Season the egg eye with salt and pepper, sprinkle thickly with coarsely chopped parsley and basil.
Recommendation:
Serve with fresh bread.
