Spicy herring on the grill

ingredients

600 g herring 4 cloves garlic 1 KL red curry paste 1 pk lime 1 pk chili pepper to taste salt a little olive oil

procedure

1. Pour olive oil into a bowl, press the garlic cloves into it, then add the curry paste and chopped chili pepper. 2. Clean the fish first, gut if necessary. Slice the skin lightly and place them in the marinade for about 2 hours in the fridge. 3. Grill the herring over indirect heat until the meat is done. Finally, season them with salt and serve.
