Spicy carp

ingredients

1 pcs carp 2 dl white wine 3 tbsp oil 5 pcs garlic cloves to taste salt, ground pepper

procedure

Wash the carp, cut, salt, pepper and fry in oil. Pour over the wine, to which add the garlic and simmer. Finally, let the juices boil off and fry.
