Spicy Beef with Tortillas

Roasted beef with chilli, onion, tomato puree and other ingredients, served with cooked pasta.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Fry the peeled, finely chopped onion in heated olive oil, add the ground beef and fry until brown (using a food processor, crush the meat lumps so that they break into the smallest possible pieces)
2. Roast for at least 10 minutes to cook through the meat
3. Then add the cleaned, finely chopped chili pepper, ground sweet pepper, tomato paste, tomato puree and mix
4. Cook for a further 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with tortillas and a light salad mixed with tomatoes, coriander, onion and a little oil.
Recommendation:
Meat prepared in this way is tastier if made the day before, refrigerated and then reheated.
