Spicy bean soup

150 g coloured beans 1.5 litres water 1 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 1 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp ground sweet paprika 1 pinch ground hot red pepper 1 pk red pepper 1 pk green pepper 2 tbsp tomato puree 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste salt 2 cloves garlic a little chopped parsley a little celery

Cover the pre-soaked beans with water, boil them until tender and drain them. Set the broth aside.

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, sprinkle with flour, ground pepper, pour in the bean broth and stir. Add sliced peppers, tomato puree, ground black pepper, salt and cook until tender.

Add the cooked beans, crushed garlic, boil and add finely chopped celery and parsley to the soup.
