Spiced Rice Porridge

Cooked rice topped with flavoured butter and sprinkled with crumbled biscuits.

Ingredients:

200 g rice 100 g of semolina sugar 2 tbsp rum 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground cinnamon 60 ml maple syrup 12 pcs of egg wreaths 1L of milk

Procedure:

1. Put the rinsed rice, caster sugar, ground ginger in a medium saucepan, stir everything together and bring to the boil
2. Then reduce the heat to low, cover and let simmer for 25-30 minutes
3. Melt the butter in a pan, remove from heat, mix with maple syrup, rum and ground cinnamon
4. Divide the rice among the plates, pour the flavored butter over it, crumble the biscuits on top and serve immediately.
