Hard boiled eggs, peeled, dipped in spicy brine.

Procedure:
1. Put the eggs in cold water and boil
2. Once the water starts to bubble, we are almost done with the soft-boiled eggs, so turn down the heat of the source and cook the eggs for another 5-8 minutes
3. Immediately put the boiled eggs in cold water, peel them off when cool
4. Boil 1 litre of water with salt, spices, hot peppers and a little vinegar
5. Pour the hot broth over the peeled eggs and leave them to rest for 2-3 days.
Recommendation:
Serve alone with fresh bread and butter, on cold platters, in salads, on sandwiches or also garnished, for example with cheese mousse.
