Spelt-walnut gnocchi

ingredients

200 g spelt semolina 50 g ground walnuts 1 dl water 1 pk egg salt olive oil

Bryndza

4 tbsp white yoghurt 125 g bryndza ground black pepper salt chopped parsley

1. Prepare the dough by mixing the semolina and nuts, add the egg, oil and salt. Then slowly add water until a gnocchi dough forms. Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and push the dough through a sieve. When the gnocchi come to the surface, they are ready. 2. Mix the bryndza with all the ingredients and season. Serve with gnocchi.
