400 g carrots 50 g spelt 1 pk onion a little oil to taste salt

1. Soak the spelt in cold water for 12 hours. 2. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil in a saucepan. Add the diced carrots and cover everything with water. 3. Before boiling, add the cooked spelt along with the water in which it was cooked and let the soup go through the boil. Season with salt to taste.
