Spekáčci baking in beer
Recipe for roasted onion-based sausages along with other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Cut the peeled onion into rings, fry some of it in a roasting pan in hot oil
2. Peel the sausages, cut them in half lengthwise, arrange them on the onions, brush them with mustard, sprinkle them with ground paprika, spread the remaining onion rings, peeled, sliced garlic and cleaned, sliced peppers all over their surface
3. Finally, pour the black beer in which you have previously mixed the ketchup over the sausages, put them in a preheated oven, bake at 180C for about 20 minutes and just before the end of baking sprinkle the sausages with grated cheese.
Recommendation:
Serve with bread and a glass of chilled beer.

When slicing the cracklings, be careful not to cut them completely in half.
