Speckle with smoked cottage cheese and onion

Crumbled smoked cottage cheese on pasta topped with fried onions. Literally a minute recipe for those who don’t like meat, but like the smoked taste.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water until soft
2. Meanwhile, fry the onion in a little oil until golden brown
3. In your hand, mash the smoked curd
3. Drain the cooked pasta, sprinkle the smoked cottage cheese on the plate, add the fried onions and garnish with green leaves.
Recommendation:
Who likes, add sour cream to the plate.
