Speck Dumplings in Mushroom Sauce

Steak dumplings prepared from semi-finished product (potato dumplings in powder), served with cream sauce with mushrooms.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 1 bag of powdered potato dumplings 600 g mushrooms 75 g ham fat 50 g grated gouda cheese 1/2 cup whipping cream 1 bunch parsley 1/2 l of clear broth 1-2 tbsp light roux 1 tbsp clarified butter 1 piece of bread white pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Rinse the parsley under cold running water, let it drain, then chop it
2. Melt the ham fat in a frying pan until crispy and remove, fry the diced ham fat in the fat
3. Prepare the dough for the potato dumplings exactly according to the instructions on the packaging, mix the ham bacon and parsley into the dough at the end, make approximately 8 dumplings
5. Cut the cleaned, washed mushrooms into larger pieces (just cut the smaller mushrooms in half), heat the fat and fry the mushrooms in it
