Cooked side dish pasta prepared in Switzerland.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Mix the sifted coarse flour with eggs, water, salt and work the dough until bubbles form
2. Place some of the dough on a cutting board, place it over the edge of a saucepan of boiling salted water, cut the nightshades with a sharp knife and drop them directly into the water
3. Repeat this process until all the dough is used up.
Recommendation:
You can also push the dough into the water with a special colander.

You can also sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the dough and put it in a hot oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
