Spanish tomato soup (gazpacho)

1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 2 pk salad cucumber 1 pk green pepper 1,5 kg tomato 2 slices sandwich 1 tbsp wine vinegar 100 ml olive oil to taste salt 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste salad cucumber to taste paprika 5 slices sandwich

Cut the onion and garlic finely. Roughly chop the peeled cucumber and peppers, quarter the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Crumble the crumb from the sandwich and mix with the Vegetable Recipes, add the vinegar and stir. Blend the mixture or pass through a sieve.

Add oil to the blended mixture a little at a time and blend again.

Salt and pepper the soup, or season with vinegar. If the soup is too thick, dilute it with water. Cover the soup and refrigerate for about 3 hours to allow the flavours to combine.

Slice the cucumber, peppers and sandwich slices and serve them separately so that everyone can take them to taste.
