Spanish PAELLA
ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil 1 pk onion 5 pk tomato 1 tsp ground red pepper pk frozen green beans 1 cup spanish rice 5 pk crawfish 1 cup frozen seafood mix 1/2 liter fish stock 1 handful frozen peas

As the most traditional dish served in Spain. A great combination of seafood.
1.
In a large frying pan, sauté finely chopped onions in olive oil along with tomatoes (steam the tomatoes and remove the skin).

Add salt and ground red pepper.
3.
Add the frozen beans and stir.
4.
Sprinkle with rice, which we stir-fry.
5.
Add crawfish and seafood.
6.
Pour in the broth and stir gently.
7.
Add the peas.
8.
Cook until rice is done. The consistency should be creamy.
9.
Serve sprinkled with parsley and drizzled with lemon.
