250 g rice 375 ml boiling water 1 pk onion 1 pk red cabbage a little olive oil 500 g seafood 200 g frozen vegetable mix to taste salt 1 pinch saffron 2 pk lemon
procedure
1. Pour hot water over the rice in a sieve. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped peppers. Then add the rice along with the finely chopped onions. Add boiling water, season with salt and saffron and cook for about 10 minutes. 2. Stir the mixture a few times, then add the seafood (mussels, prawns, squid and many other tasty seafoods to taste) and frozen Vegetable Recipes. Cook the paella until tender and garnish with lemon wedges.
